About the Author

Karl Bimshas is a Leadership Advisor and a prolific author. Boston-bred and California-chilled, he earned an M.S. in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and a B.A. in Mass Communications from Emerson College. He has held several operational and sales positions in public and private corporations.

About the Illustrator

Marija Đaković was born in 1983 in Bosanska Dubica (BiH). She studied fine arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Trebinje at the University of Sarajevo, where she graduated in 2006. She has exhibitions throughout Europe and currently lives in Washington, D.C.
